Which fitness trackers are compatible with a Huawei Mate 20 lite?

I'm looking for a fitness tracker (preferably with a music function) that is compatible with my Huawei Mae 20 Lite.

I was interested in a Fitbit, but it is not compatible with my phone.

Why is the Fitbit not compatible with your cell phone?

I don't know why, but it doesn't work. The Bluetooth connection does not remain, must be permanently restored manually.

The Huawei system (like Xiaomi) is very rigid when it comes to battery management. You have to exclude the Fitbit app from any energy saving measures so that it runs permanently in the background. The same problem would also exist with other trackers, smartwatches and their apps.
