I have a relatively new phone (Huawei P Smart) can't download MC Earth. I just got an APK from Chip - then it said but I should install AR-Core. Ar Core is not compatible either - only 16 phones are compatible. Accordingly, I also downloaded an APK from ApkMirror. But now MC Earth tells me that I do not have the latest MC version. So again Apk downloaded - but I can't install… Any suggestions?

Yes, what did you expect what you write? Your mobile hardware does not support AR Core. That can't be avoided.
Consequently, a new mobile phone must come from here if you want to play.
The ARCore is supported by Android 7+ but for some reason with Huawei p smart (Android 9)is not compatible

I'm pretty sure the game is still in pre-release, so when it is fully out, it may be compatible
