ZTE was affected. So they had similar sanctions as Huawei. They have it all through. Have had a huge compensation, but are now as good as broke.
As far as I know, ZTE has been banned by the US once and they almost had to file for bankruptcy?
I do not think Xiaomi is a security risk for the US
