Huawei- I get constantly the message when Wi-Fi search is enabled apps may also search Wi-Fi if Wi-Fi is disabled what is it?

As above, I constantly get this message. If I turn off the function, it will come anyway. Just as with any unlock it comes and annoying slowly. Does anyone know what it's all about and how can I get away with it? I thank you in advance.
