Huawei no keylock?

As you know, you can no longer use YouTube on your smartphone and then leave the app or switch off the device while listening to music.

You can't start YouTube on any phone, turn off the display, and listen to music. You can just put it away from you, but adjust the screen in the settings so that it does not darken, so stays on permanently.
