What can Huawei now do in return for Google's suspension?

New operating system?

You could e.g. Use the Android Open Source Project or your own operating system, which you have developed. I do not know how practicable your own operating system currently is.

How well own and less widespread systems are Symbian but has already shown.

I'm more interested in how users of new smartphones can take action against it.
Supposedly, as a user of a P30 Pro, I'm still going to get some security updates for a while, but it's already clear that I will not get a newer version of Android.

For a 1100 euro expensive smartphone just ridiculous!

Huawei has plenty of patents that are important to 5G. That's why Trump has already fired against states that want to work with Huawei here: https://www.spiegel.de/netzwelt/netzpolitik/5g-usa-drohen-staaten-die-mit-huawei-zusammenarbeiten-a-1264986.html

However, 5G will be difficult without Huawei. As one wonders what is to be built for a 5G network without Huawei in the US: https://winfuture.mobi/news/104731

Germany, in any case, has already set itself up "cautiously" against Trump here: https://www.golem.de/news/5g-ausbau-sicherheitskriterien-fuehren-nicht-zu-ausschluss-von-huawei-1904-140687.html

I'm assuming that Huawei has prepared for last year's actions against ZTE.

I also read somewhere that Huawei started to build its own operating system in 2012. I think they will use this… And hope that I can exchange my phone with the new system from huawei in the future. After all, there will be no Android update for previous phones from huawei…

I firmly believe that after releasing their own operating system, Huawei will swap existing phones and equip them with their own operating system. After all, there's indeed a 2-year warranty.

Samsung is working on something like that for ages. Nobody wants to officially shelve anything like that.

It just does not make sense either. There are enough free, usable operating systems for mobile devices. Since Android also belongs to it makes it even more meaningless.

It's all about the app shop in the end. Unfortunately, too many developers are focusing on the Playstore and can be so Google from the clamp and suck, as Apple does with "his" developers.

I lower my head even further!
In the past, Nokia also had its own operating system, but there were at least one or the other app because it had been on the market for a while. Huawei would start with an own operating system at 0 because no app was created for it.
But it turned out that hardly any apps were developed.
