Data transfer from android to Apple not working?

I want to transfer the data from my Huawei to an iPhone 8. Both cell phones meet the requirements. However, when I try to enter the code from the iPhone into the android cell phone, it says that it can't connect to the internet. Restarting did nothing. Do you have any tips?

Maybe because of the router? Or Wi-Fi? Turn off the Wi-Fi on the cell phone and turn it on again if that doesn't work try the router
