Vlive live notification?

I always miss when Bts goes live, I get no notification even though I follow them and the notifications are activated in the settings. Discrimination is also allowed on my cell phone (huawei). What could be the problem?

I am using laptop and I want to turn on my notifications for vlive so I want someone's help to turn on vlive notifications.
