My surfstick overheats during streaming or live broadcasts, Netflix, etc. And then crashes, do you know sticks that have good cooling?

Because with my current one * only 10 minutes of undisturbed streaming work, and then more and more dropouts occur until the stick then crashes completely (= internet connection terminated).

And then I have to unplug it and let it cool down before I can plug it in again.

Basically I wouldn't care that it gets hot, but if I don't do anything, it just cuts off the internet connection.

Huawei Stick E3251 HSPA + DC

Up to 42 MBits download (DC HSPA +)
Up to 5.76 MBits upload (HSUPA)

My tariff: 15 MBits download / 5 MBits upload

And I did the research: With my tariff you can stream completely undisturbed. So it has to be the stick. Which SurfStick can you recommend to me that can cope with my requirements and does not constantly overheat?

Because currently it only works with "normal" Internet surfing without problems: e-mails, googling, YouTube videos, and all videos stored online, but no live streaming, live broadcasts, Netflix, etc. It causes enormous problems;

Ja

With a stick, you will never be able to achieve good cooling due to the lack of space. But you could switch to a cheap LTE router or LTE-to-go device.

So

Does the work with a USB card to insert?

Ja

No, via WLAN or LAN.

Se

Rather via a LAN connection or WLAN

So

Then I can't even surf with it.

So

Please research at least about surfsticks that can handle more (considerably) more.

Ba

You have neither Wi-Fi nor a LAN socket?

Se

So I don't have no device which has no network card today. Even my 5 year old TV has a network card. Please find out what LAN means first. And even mobile phones have Wi-Fi.

So

No, none of the (W) LAN stuff.

That must also work with a surf stick.

Se

Ah you want to be mobile? But then it shouldn't overheat either. Otherwise there are the usual surfsticks from e.g. Your provider? The sticks usually have poorer connections because the number of attenuators is correspondingly lower. So if I could choose I would never use USB.

So

I just searched for your recommendations: There are LTE / 4G surfsticks.

Why did you keep that from me?

Se

So if youtube etc do not cause any problems, it is less due to stick and overheating, what should overheat there.

but with a 15k cable I can't stream well here, that's just not enough, even with my 30k it sometimes twitches and screws and screws or has delay.

a stick is nothing mechanical that could really overheat. Otherwise, my mobil phone would also rust.

if so, every stick would be better than an HSPA + ancient technology.

Ba

But that is very unlikely. Almost every PC / laptop has a LAN socket and / or WLAN built in.

Ba

Nobody kept silent. It was just said that an LTE stick does not have good cooling.

So

Yes, nobody went into that. You immediately switched to "LTE router, WLAN and LAN".

Of sticks, still nobody wrote or recommended anything, only criticized constantly. So I felt betrayed.

Ja

Is it less because of the stick and overheating, what is there to overheat

The Electronic.

but with 15k cable I can't stream well here, that is just too little, even with my 30k he sometimes twitches and screws and screws or has delay

While this is nice for you, it has nothing to do with the heat problem.

By the way: for a FullHD stream to run smoothly, 10MBit net bandwidth is completely sufficient.

a stick is nothing mechanical that could really overheat

But you already know that not only the mechanics, but above all the electronics get warm?

otherwise my mobil phone would also rust

If you demand a good performance from a smartphone, it will also get warm.

For HD, Amazon wants 3.5 Mbit and Maxome 6 Mbit (Netflix in between) … A 16 Mbit line is enough. I have 46 Mbit and sometimes have temporary drops in quality at night that are of a different nature.
