No internet access despite existing Wi-Fi connection?

Moin people,

I'm on the verge of despair.
I bought a surfstick to go mobile with my laptop online. The stick (Huawei E8372) actually works as it should and on the sim card is still more than enough free data, reception is also good.
Now I connect via Wi-Fi with the stick, everything works so far and then I would like to open a website and it comes "This site is not accessible".
Have already tried everything and if I reset everything (Windows Firewall, Surfstick, Netzadaptereinstellungen and restart) it works sometimes again, but then only for 15-20 min. And then the problem returns…
I hope someone can help me here, thanks in advance!
Regards!

Where did you connect the Surfstick? Did you connect it to another PC or to a USB power adapter?

The SurfStick is in the laptop which should also travel.
Just try everything from home, so that such problems do not occur on the way.

Probably hamper the hotspot and wireless adapter of the Srtick each other.

Therefore, you should not make the access via the WLAN, but via the built-in modem. Open your net value settings. There you should find next WLAN a corresponding LAN adapter. Furthermore, you can configure the device via a browser. The address is certainly on the device or in the manual.

You can use the Wi-Fi adapter built into the stick to make Even with a mobile phone or tablet via this stick to go to the Internet. He acts as a hotspot.

Unfortunately, I have no manual or stick available here to give you more detailed information.

If you connect the stick to a USB charger instead of the PC, the WLAN should work.

@ Culles Thanks that was very helpful!
I have now deactivated the WLAN module in the stick and my network adapter for WLAN in the laptop also.
If I plug in the stick now in the laptop, I no longer have the "Wi-Fi symbol" but it appears the symbol that appears synonymous with LAN connections. I do not have a yellow triangle, so everything is fine.
However, unfortunately, the same problem exists as before: As soon as I want to call a website "This page is not available".
Reception still good at 4G.
Have still found that: https://www.elefacts.de/test-75-mobiler_hotspot_huawei_e8372_usb_stick_mit_w_lan_und_lte_modem_im_test, but here is no solution to the problem in it.

Enter the IP address of the stick in the browser. On your picture this is the 192.168.8.1 (please check it out). Maybe you have to configure something else, maybe you have to activate your stick first with your provider. Maybe you have a link to the manual, because I could maybe make something even smarter.

@Culles The sim card is activated and the stick does not need to be activated.
In the settings of the stick (accessible via the IP), I play around the whole time, there I have also disabled the wireless module. But I have everything through what would somehow be possible and nothing works really constant. It works here and there, but nothing permanent.
I have already searched a user manual, but I can only find a link and it is offline (https://images.wirelessdealer.ca/images/phones/userguide3967.pdf).
I think it is because of some attitude in the Windows software.

An incorrect setting in Windows would permanently prevent access. I assume that either the connection is disturbed (which is also conceivable with a high signal display) or the adapter has a quirk. Try changing the location of the adapter, maybe with a USB extension cable.

According to the description, this is not a normal surfstick, but an LTE modem with Wi-Fi hotspot for max. 10 devices. The USB port apparently only serves the power supply. You can also simply plug the part into a plug-in USB power adapter and start surfing via Wi-Fi.
