Internet connection on your cell phone very slow

I have a Huawei P Smart 2018 and the internet connection is extremely slow only on this device. I no longer know the solution.

I already did that:

The phone restarted several times
Reset to factory settings
Wipe cache partition in recovery mode.

As I said, the internet connection is only slow on a cell phone.

When I do simple things like open Whatsapp videos that have been sent to me, or watch TikTok or YouTube videos or even surf the Internet, everything loads for a long time. On my PC, however, everything works super fast. Have a 500k line, in the speed test (on the cell phone) everything looks fine.

Does anyone know a solution? Am grateful for every answer!

PS: My reception is pretty low.

Switch your mobile phone to G3, G4, or G5 in the network settings. You can also choose the "automatic" option.

Then try it with only G4.

Unfortunately no success.

What about the data volume? Flat or Unlimited?

Flat, is automatically topped up to 8 GB every month.

But it's more about the internet connection, not the mobile network.

That's how it started with my Sony Xz Premium 5 months later the network card was broken…
