Salfeld kisi app shows absolutely wrong times?

A question for all concerned parents, we have recently been using the salfeld kisi app to get a handle on the usage behavior of our kids.

However, I find this app absolutely inadmissible. Always shows wrong times, the daughter has reportedly already spent over an hour on the smartphone, even though she only uses her cell phone in the evening Sat on a cell phone, which is actually not possible from a purely mathematical point of view.

The opposite is the case with our son, who spends 5-6 hours on his cell phone and the app only shows a few minutes.

For comparison, we use digital balance on a huawei smartphone, which in my opinion actually works quite precisely.

Does anyone have experience with this salfeld kisi app and maybe knows a solution?

Add a screenshot to show that by 12:32 am these 46 minutes should have been used up

Find another app so easy.

The problem is, it worked during the trial period and after that, you have to pay. So since I paid 30 euro for the license, another app is simply not the best solution. I don't find giving away my money so plump

Oh that's stupid!

Please contact the developers.

Already tried, there are only half-hearted attempts to explain that do not take me any further. I have often checked what they give me as an answer, and everything regarding settings and permissions for the app has been checked several times.

Contact support or write feedback about it. But seriously, why are you controlling your children like this?

The 46 minute display at 0.32 a.m. Is probably due to the setting that the app sets the end of the day to 1 or 2 a.m., since most users consider the time before going to sleep to be the previous day.

Otherwise, I can only imagine that the wrong data may not be measured correctly due to the overloaded memory of the devices.

No experience with the app but I hope I could still help you a little. LG Lexicon robot!

PS: if you know roughly how long your children spend on their cell phones, then I don't think an app is necessary. And I would definitely not spend money. It also takes some trust!
