Hello today I got a nine router Huawei B353-232 and tariff 125 Mbit / s is the maximum in the download and upload 25 Mbit / s.
I connected my laptop with a LAN cable and downloaded Seedtest and carried out couple tests couple on their side couple in the program.
And I saw that the average worldwide is 78 Mbps and the results I got were the worst 9.38 Mbps download the best 17.50 Mbps mostly it was 15 Mbps.
But that means I saw somewhere you have to calculate the times 8 so 15 times 8 = 120 Mbi / s almost the maximum but at 17 it is more 140 Mbit / s.
I only have 2 questions, that's good so the speed is roughly according to the tariff.
And others in the world have an average of 600 Mbit / s tariffs.

My internet is very strange with steam i get up to 30 mbps download and when i download something from the internet i only have 900kbps.
That is such a big difference what can I do that changes the antennas or buy something.
