Why does not Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work together on all my huawei devices?

Whenever I'm on my huawei devices in the wi-fi connection and then, switching to bluetooth mode will break the connection. Maybe someone has an idea why this could be so?

Have the Huawei Mate Pro 10th degree looked, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are two separate settings, have always both connections and no problems.

Did not find anything in the connection settings, where these two could cross. Sorry.

With me, I have my granddaughter bought a € 76 Alcatel Ding there's synonymous, on my laptop too… More devices to compare are not available to me at the moment.

Everything that follows by hopefully correct remote diagnosis

If the question was correctly understood:

With an active WLAN connection additionally Bluetooth is activated and only then the connection problems occur. Then possible cause:

Both methods (WLAN and Bluetooth) work in the 2.4 GHz frequency range.

Cross-reference to various web searches with the search terms "WLAN frequency range" and "Bluetooth frequency range".

For the Huawei devices concerned, the radio modules responsible may not work "properly" because of inadequate HF filters (HF = high frequency)

As a result, e.g. The WLAN module literally blocks the Bluetooth module with its transmit signal, thus blocking the Bluetooth reception (which is required for data exchange)

The whole thing can possibly synonymous. Also run the other way round: Bluetooth blocked Wi-Fi.

In plain language:

Because BOTH procedures may work in the same frequency range (around 2.4 Ghz),

Here, if necessary. Qualitatively bad RF filters were installed in the affected Huawei devices,

WLAN and Bluetooth block each other.

Possible remedies:

, Exchange of said RF filters within the WLAN or. Bluetooth modules in the affected Huawei devices for better quality and thus severer RF filters.

IMPORTANT: for the techn. Layman NOT POSSIBLE

Here, the cost issue (meaning and benefit regarding the device purchase price) by a qualified workshop or service point.

, If the affected Huawei devices in the operating menu or device settings possible… I myself do not know the Huawei devices!

In the affected Huawei devices a WLAN - frequency change from the now used area 2 Ghz on the

Make 5 Ghz area, which if necessary. Likewise with the DSL router or the "WLAN Gegenpart" must be made.

With said Wi-Fi frequency change a greater distance between WLAN and Bluetooth is made, which then hopefully sufficient to prevent said "blockages" in the future.

, Does not help everything above:

there's only one left:

ONLY ONE active connection: either WLAN or Bluetooth.
