I've been using the Motorola Pulse Escape headphones via cable for a while now and I'm very happy with them. But whenever I want to use it via Bluetooth, only one page works. This is the left side, the right does not work in the stereo sound test of Win 10. This is the case with both my mobile phone (Huawei P9 Lite) and my PC. Disabled or changed I have nothing in the settings. Also drivers or the like I have none. Previously, both sides went. Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Thank you in advance.

A Bluetooth receiver is defective. Or the battery.
