Airpods on Huawei p8lite too quiet?

Somehow, my Airpods (2nd gen without wireless charging case) are louder on an Iphone than on my huawei p8lite.

This is the case with every Android phone, on Apple devices all Airpods are louder than on Android devices

Yes it is clear to me. But what can I do about it?

Could make louder on my other huawei, but I don't know how the p8 lite works
