What's wrong with my huawei?

I turned off my phone now turned on the pin I entered otherwise I have and no longer come in sometime if one too many times the pin wrongly entered but there you have to enter the puk happens to me but not first there's a locked then locked for 10 minutes and so on and yesterday when I was in my cell phone when it was on was once stood still for a certain time and could no longer click

Have you ever tried the battery back in and out? Otherwise, maybe contact the manufacturer

Put it back and refit it. If that does not work, have it repaired.

The PIN is not the screen pin.
