Screenshot editing menu?

For a few days now, this menu has appeared when I take a screenshot:

Which app has access to my screenshots? Can I deactivate this menu since I'm actually satisfied with the screenshot editing from Huawei?

I also noticed without knowing it I think it comes from Google Photos, maybe look there in the settings

I have already tried to deactivate this screenshot function using the Google Assistant, but even if I completely deactivate the Google Assistant, this menu still appears.
