Cell phone with a good camera, cheap?

I need a very stable cell phone as I always wrecked my old cell phones. It shouldn't be too expensive and have a good camera. (NO Huawei please, had one before and was not so satisfied)

Xiaomi Mi 9t is recommended. Around 300 euro for a 48mp camera, with ultra wide angle and pop up camera, means you don't have a notch in the display in which your front camera is located.
