My cellphone was at 80%. I had it loaded and went out to dinner. When I finished eating, I wanted to check how many percent it was. There stood 0%. When I removed the charger, the phone went out completely. When I try to turn it back on, the LED will turn red but it will not start.
I would first check if the charger is possibly defect or not charging for another reason. Then maybe charge the phone with another charger and turn it on when it is fully charged.
I think that the battery is discharged. That's why I bought a new battery. Let's see what happens now. But thanks.
