Built In webcam gray and washed out, why?

For a few days I noticed that my webcam (Huawei Matebook 13) looks very gray, washed out and cloudy. A reference photo is attached. When I take pictures, it looks even more foggy, you can hardly see anything. Why is that? Is there maybe dust in the camera, if so how do I get it?

Looks like dirt / fingerprint on the lens…

And also back light!

The outside is perfectly cleaned. Backlight or not, unfortunately makes little difference.
