(Prepaid) These are empty, normally I would have to be throttled with 64kb according to the tariff… My problem (somehow quite nice… But…) I still surf at high speed, if not faster than before. According to speedtest up to 8mbits… The customer service of my provider says that this is not possible and does it as a joke… This has been going on for 2 months (HD streams with mobile phone as hotspot or in 780p on the mobile phone are unlimited possible)
