My Huawei P30 Pro changes the volume automatically and unfortunately I don't know how to turn it off. At the moment it is very quiet despite the loud volume. Need your help urgently!
Have a look in the developer mode if there's any attenuation.
Have you ever dropped your cell phone, are there any visible dirt particles on the speaker?

You may only turn up the volume very slightly, otherwise you will have a distorted sound. Also works with headphones.

Maybe that's something new from Huawei, which it regulates independently to dampen alleged hearing damage. Just look if you can find something in the developer mode, if not - it is probably due to the speaker itself (dirt)
