Huawei Y330. How can I restore deleted photos?

Huhu,
photos were deleted on the Huawei Y330. These are very important! How can I restore this? About Hi-Suite I have no access to the phone and with recovery programs I found no one who had access to the phone. The phone is displayed in the Explorer, but not as a drive.
Since I do not have much money, I can't buy a program.
The photos show an item that was stolen from me. Through these photos, the object would be clearly identifiable. Therefore, I really need them.
