I'm actually not known for having a lot of Android smartphones, but I still have a very old one lying around at home:
This is it: Huawei Ascend y330-u01
and it's very, very slow.
My question: Can you make the phone even faster by changing any settings or something? So that I could still sell it or something? (I don't need it myself xD (too old))
Is there any data left on it? Memory empty?
The cell phone is 6 years old and was a cucumber even then.
Just use it as a paperweight.
Don't really make it faster. Maybe when you change components. But that is very complicated and is not worth it at all with such a part.
You can install a new OS with Custom ROM. But that too is complicated and I don't think it's worth it with this part.
But nobody will buy that either, I think.
Yes, there's still data on it, but only contacts and calendar. There's no SIM card in it.
7 years right?
That came out in the 4th quarter of 2014.
Ah, I only knew the year 2014 and now we have yes 2021. That's why I thought 7 years.
Okay… Then I'm actually exactly of the same opinion as TechnikTim
Okay thanks.
