HarmonyOS also for devices other than Huawei?

I have a little question.

I think HarmonyOS is pretty clean and very simple, what I've seen so far.

Now I'm wondering, since HarmonyOS is open source like Android, whether you can simply put it on your device as a custom rom in the future. Have a OnePlus North.

Harmony seems so far to be nothing else than the basis of Android or Linux. Only Huawei knows whether it will soon be available for use on the entire market.

Especially since I would not be surprised that it will be a Huawei exclusive OS, due to its own chipsets.
