Huawei p30lite gamble during call sound muffled why?

I call the pubg game on the mobile phone at the same time via whatsapp but when a call is in progress the pubg sound is strongly muffled, which is of course counterproductive because I have to hear the steps. Where can this be exhibited?

A tip from me, do not make calls on WhatsApp while gaming, there's an app called Discord, which is perfect for gaming. The call quality is also much better there. There's also Discord for the PC.
