Do you think your Huawei phone is good or bad?
I have the Huawei p20 and am more than just satisfied with the value for money!
Recommended again and again! Have had a Huawei cell phone for years and would always buy a new one from the brand. Price performance is great, the camera is getting better and better, so I can't complain.
Actually good devices, but unsuitable for me due to the US ban. My banking apps and depots don't run on it, for example, because they require a licensed Android. I don't want to deal with the stress of workarounds and third-party providers, and for some apps there's no solution.
I have the P30 Pro, before that the Mate 20 Pro and I was / am very satisfied with both. Price-performance ratio fits, quality is great and I personally find the EMUI user interface very successful.
The new models are also great, you just have to decide for yourself whether you need the Google / Android licenses or not. The US ban unfortunately severely restricts Huawei in this regard, but does not change the fact that, technically speaking, they are top smartphones.
Not a bad manufacturer per se, but not something for everyone without a licensed Android.
However, it is not my case. The devices are getting more and more expensive from year to year and already exceed the 1000 euro mark.
The manufacturer doesn't really stand out in the lower price range.
Without a licensed Android, no Google services can be used and updates and security patches will follow later, if they are.
There are now dozens of manufacturers who are following in Huawei's footsteps such as Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo & co. And want to shape and have a say in the western market.
