Android - Show contact with nicknames only?

I have a Huawei and want only the nickname to be shown in the contacts. I filled in something for the first name and also for "name prefix". Is that possible that I only see the name prefix, i.e. The nickname? At the moment I'm shown both in succession (nickname first name) and does not meet my expectations. Can this be done without having to delete the first name?

Such setting options are different for every Android version, but as far as I know, this usually doesn't work
