How can I change the layout of my Huawei phone on the homescreen? Normally you hold the screen down and can use it, for example, to change the way you switch between the layers, but this does not work for me and therefore wanted to ask what I can do?

Maybe pinching with two fingers as if you were to reduce the size of an image?
