Android 7 Moving Apps (Huawei T3 10)?

According to various IT pages, in Android 6 and 7 you can move the apps from memory internally to the SD card.

Even after explorer installation, pointing to "Movable" and ticking,

nothing is moved.

Why is it?

Buy reasonable mobile phone, 64GB or even better 128GB internal memory, then it fits.

I use a tablet (do not want a cellphone) … Do i need to change something in the memory slots and if like

Not all apps can be moved, if at all.
