I have a problem for 2 days with my smartphone (Huawei p8 lite): Neither WLAN nor Bluetooth can't be activated. The icons in the quick access bar just do not light up and neither WLAN nor Bluetooth can be enabled in the settings. Also, I can't connect the device to the PC via USB debugging because the connection will be disconnected immediately when the PC detects my phone. I have already tried it with several PCs under different operating systems. Always the same. In addition, I have for some time very little space on the phone, even if I try again and again, by moving apps, photos, etc. To gain storage space. I have already restarted the device several times. As I said, I have a Huawei p8 lite with Android 6.0 and EMUI 4.0.3. The last update is from March 1, 2018. What can be the reason that WLAN and Bluetooth can't be activated and how can I fix it?
So that can unfortunately have several reasons. Software conditioned as well as hardware-related. Since Bluetooth and Wlan do not go, I doubt it will be due to an app. Possible would be a faulty update of the EMUI's my recommendation here, unfortunately, only the phone back and to see if it goes again.
(As Wi-Fi does not work with Bluetooth and debugging I would most likely use the faulty system, but I can be wrong too.)
