Can I operate a monitor in 120Hz with the Huawei Matedock 2 of the Matebook X Pro?

I want to use my Matedock 2 from Matebook X Pro to operate a monitor. Now I ask myself the question, if one could operate denonitoe in FHD with 120hz or even better 144hz. The description says it has HDMI 2.0 with which it should be theoretically possible. However, I have read on the Internet from a user, that it should be only HDMI 1.4. Has anyone had any experience in this regard?
