After water damage buttons broken?

I have a Huawei P10 and it has fallen into the toilet and then dry it after a few days, it went down to the two buttons so quieter and power. Do you have any tips to get it started again?

Without a complete disassembly and cleaning of the phone, a likely corrosion will progress and sooner or later render the part unusable.
