I have the following problem: My girlfriend still uses a previously reliable Huawei P6. Yesterday Whatsapp told her that she needed to update her version because she would not be able to use the app anymore. When trying to update them on the Play Store, however, nothing did. Also no error message or other. Since today she can no longer use the app. So we uninstalled the app and wanted to reinstall it afterwards. This does not work either - also without an error message. It just does not happen.
After a short search, I found that there was a similar problem probably already in 2014 by Whatsapp.
Can one of you help me solve the problem?
