I currently have a Huawei P20 Lite and there are a few issues that would fall under the warranty. I wrote to Huawei support and received a free shipping label to send my cell phone to their workshop.
Today is June 12th and the guarantee runs until June 15th. I wanted to send the cell phone today or tomorrow and wonder if it would be possible to repair it during the guarantee period. So is the date on which the item arrived or the date on which I pointed out the problem or the date on which I sent the cell phone still working?

Okay, thank you… I think that would have cleared it up anyway… I wouldn't have been sure if it was a guarantee repair at all… Could you perhaps say more about this?
It has a kind of screen error with which the screen stops responding after a long period of operation and bars appear on the display… Is that normally interpreted as the owner?
