How can I move data from my broken smartphone (Huawei P20 Lite) to the PC?

I have recently lost my smartphone (Huawei P20 Lite) and now has a complete damage. The display does not work anymore, the volume control does not work, it does not work anymore and generally does not work at all. Now to the question: How can I use the data from this smartphone on the PC, without having to fix my smartphone big?
