How to move to Huawei p9 lite apps on sd card?

I have a question, and how can I move apps to my Huawei p9 Lite to SD card? I have googled a lot now and looked it up, it was also written down from step to step but the thing is that I always get stuck in the end because it should work like this:

Settings → Apps → click on respective app → view saved memory → click on Change and expand to SD card

The thing is that with me this "change" button does not exist, which is why I can't move. Does it also work differently? Can someone help me there please.

Not all apps can be moved to the SD card, then the possibility to move does not seem synonymous with Instagram that is probably the case.
