My sister and I have the Huawei P20 lite. She has made settings, now it is like that on the lock screen when she gets a whatsapp message only "Whatsapp message from xxx" but the text is not displayed. It's not like that for me. Does anyone know how to undo this? That she sees the message again in the lock screen? Whatsapp has already reset it and that did not work. We have compared settings.
See Settings> Screen lock> Lock screen settings> View notifications. Here you can set what should be displayed.
Unfortunately that did not help. She gets notifications in principle displayed. Only there's always "A new Whatsapp message" but it does not show the "text" who wrote what: /
And there's no option "Show text of the message"?
