Hi. For some time now I have not been able to download APKs. I press "install" and it stops after some time. Then it says: "App could not be installed". I know that you have to activate unknown sources somewhere in the settings. However, I don't find that anywhere. Have a Huawei P20 Lite.
It should be found in the developer options.
The download has no problems for you. The problem is with the installation.
The unknown sources are already activated, otherwise you won't get that far.
The error has several causes:
the Android version is not new enough (rarely a problem)
Your device has not been approved or blocked by the developer
this app is already installed in a newer version
a modified version of this app is installed
These are the typical reasons for this. There are certainly other reasons for this.
