Double tap Airpods not working?

I have an android device. So huawei p10 lite. Now i have airpods and the music runs well over it. This double tap to stop the music doesn't work. Can someone help me?

Android does not have all functions like Apple it will not be possible

You have to tap once to stop

2 times for next song

Exactly that is only possible with an Apple device

This only works with iPhones

the AirPods also connect to Android devices, but you can't use the full function there
