Huawei P30 Lite speaker fluctuation?

My Huawei P30 has fluctuations in the speaker. Sometimes it becomes quiet, sometimes loud. I don't set anything or anything but when I hold the cell phone to my ear you can hear these fluctuations. If I have half the volume over them, then everything is fine.

Why is that?
