There are green lines on my phone, how can you get rid of that? Huawei P10 Lite?

I had a lot of cracks on the phone but everything was normal. I pressed a little harder on a small crack and the whole display is jz full of green stripes but everything still works fine. Touch can also be operated. Only the display is full of small green lines. Can I put that back out somehow or something?

Presumably the contact pad between the display and the motherboard is loosened by the pressure, which could either be brought back to "pressure" by opening the mobile phone, possibly remedied by pressing the back (circuit board) side, or you have to live with it.
