Does the display change against colored lines?

So today I dropped my cell phone (Huawei p8 lite) and the problem is that there are colored lines everywhere and I don't see anything. So I had to buy a display in front of me and replace it myself, since there are no shops repairs for the cell phone. Abert if I repair the display now, are the strokes gone? Maybe you also had the same problems.

From the fact that a display can easily be replaced from just 20 euro, I find such colorful lines fancy. My cell phone also had this after a tiny fall and I learned to live with it.

As far as I know this is a hardware or software bug. Simply changing the top screen will probably not be enough.
