I suddenly have a green dot on the Chrome app icon, top right. Annoys me. How do I get the way? I have already turned off everything about app notification, on Google search I always get a blue dot as the search result. But this is green, more turquoise-green.

You have a new notification. Go to SETTINGS> NOTIFICATIONS, scroll down and disable the notification item.
In Chrome you mean the 3 dots in the top right and then Settings - Permissions? Notifications are turned off.
