Which symbol is that in the status bar - Filled in point with lots of little dots?

I'm asking here for a friend. I'm usually pretty good at cell phones, but I've never seen the symbol here myself.

I can't find an answer on the internet either. Maybe someone has had this symbol himself.

The cell phone is a Huawei. Pulling down the status bar says nothing. She blocked contacts, maybe it had something to do with it!

In addition, a hand sometimes appears there in the groin. On the net I find something of "do not disturb" mode, but she didn't activate it.

She said that it shows that one of the blocked contacts wrote her a message, but then I wonder what the hand should have to do with it.

Could imagine that it is a sun. Maybe it means that you have activated light mode instead of dark mode.

As I said, weird that there's nothing to be found, but at least I now have clues to research further.
