Huawei P20 Lite apps stopped notifications from AVG AntiVirus and YoWindow from the status bar?

Is that normal that the Huawei P20 Lite just stops notifications from the status bar without you doing anything? I actually want AntiVirus and YoWindow to stay in the status bar.

Can one adjust something there that in it remain?
