I have set a new phone (Google account, wallpapers, etc.) and after two days noticed that the battery is kapput. He can't charge more and the battery is now completely discharged.

I would like to return the mobile phone to the seller, but of course I would like to delete all settings made before. Is there a way to do this when off?
