Can't print via mobile phone?

When I try to print from my cell phone (Huawei P30 lite) it always says "Paper was not inserted correctly", which is not the case. The same printing process (Canon printer) works with the laptop without any problems. What can I do?

Have you possibly specified "paper feed from the rear compartment" on the laptop? And not on the cell phone? Then the printer tries to pull the paper in from below.
