Maybe virus on the Android smartphone?

I have a Huawei P10 Smart and today I downloaded a Rom for my emulator (Romsmania) the download was packaged in a zip file which had an exclamation mark on the extension. When I opened The Zip was the Rome with the ending smc. I opened these, however, encountered an error while parsing the app. Then I also tried the file with a zip opener to open but without success. Now the question can be there a virus on my device because at the Zip and at the file an exclamation mark was?

The said error message occurs more often and means, among other things, that nothing has been installed, so no virus. The '[!]' In the filename does not mean anything, the author just called the file that way. :]
